SOCIAL TECH ACADEMY - Training of trainers
The Social Tech Academy project is conceived as a digital education and acculturation programme aimed at empowering Social Economy actors and their beneficiaries - including job seekers and young people - in their digital transition. This community programme is open source, democratic and hands-on, and aims to empower Social Economy actors and people far from the labour market in their digital transition and professionalisation through digital social professions or Social Tech. It is therefore based on the following objectives:
- The sharing of practical, educational and technical knowledge with traditionally distant and poorly trained professionals in digital technologies.
- The development of online courses and a digital platform
- The creation of a place for sharing between digital and social economy, two distant sectors.
- An exhaustive list of experts in digital professions adapted to the Social and Solidarity Economy
- Comprehensive description of Social Tech professions and information through partnerships with specialised training organisations.
- Research and analysis
- Policy recommendations
